Why Peer Mentoring Works Better Than You'd Think
One of the clearest signals from our student survey: it's not that faculty teach badly. It's that by the time a student realises they're stuck, the class has already moved on, the corridor is empty, and the next lecture has already started.
Peer mentoring closes that gap differently. A senior student who struggled with the exact same Business Mathematics problem eight months ago remembers exactly where it stopped making sense — and can explain it in the same language you'd use with a classmate, not a textbook.
That's the whole idea behind STEP: not replacing faculty, but adding the one-on-one layer that a packed MBA schedule doesn't leave room for.
